By posting your classified ad here, you agree that it is in compliance with our guidelines listed below.

We reserve the right to modify any ads in violation of our guidelines order to prevent abuse and keep the content appropriate for our general audience. This includes people of all ages, races, religions, and nationalities. Therefore, all ads that are in violation of our guidelines are subject to being removed immediately and without prior notice.

By posting an ad on Esana.lk, you agree to the following statement:

I agree that I will be solely responsible for the content of any classified ads that I post on this website. I will not hold the owner of this website responsible for any losses or damages to myself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any ads that I post here.

By posting an ad on our site, you further agree to the following guidelines:

• No foul or otherwise inappropriate language will be tolerated. Ads in violation of this rule are subject to being removed immediately and without warning. If it was a paid ad, no refund will be issues.
• No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.
• No ad promoting activities that are illegal under the current laws of this state or country.
• Any ad that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal.
• We reserve the ultimate discretion as to which ads, if any, are in violation of these guidelines.

Refund Policy

Our website gives you the control of your ad and access to make sure that your ad information is complete and accurate. Because of this, we do not issue refunds for ads placed online. Once your ad is approved by us, it goes online on the web and immediately generates exposure to our web visitors.

We do not issue refunds for the following :

• Typing mistakes made by the advertiser or errors that do not materially affect the value of advertisement.
• Ads cancelled after the first publication.
• Any ad that has already been published.
• If your ad was deleted for violating Esana.lk posting rules or if you deleted the ad yourself, either intentionally or in error, any paid fees will not be refunded.
• If you feel your ad did not receive the perceived views or response, any paid fees will not be refunded.
• If you post an ad and select a premium feature option in error, any paid fees will not be refunded.
• If a membership package is cancelled early, for any reason.

We only honor refunds requests for the following reason :

• If the ad or premium selected feature(s) in the ad does not appear online in the website after payment and ad approval.

Banner Advertising Cancellation

Any cancellation by the customer of banner advertising must be made at least 7 days before the publication date. Esana.lk reserves the right to charge the customer for banner advertising cancelled with less than 7 days notice.
